- We are based in Battle, East Sussex and typically serve customers in Sussex, Kent and the surrounding areas.
- Bookings are not confirmed until we receive a completed and signed paper booking form and deposit for the holiday.
- Arrival and departure times are 6:30pm so ensure your holiday dates take this into consideration.
- Short notice bookings cannot be booked online. Please contact us by phone to enquire about a holiday with arrival in the next 7 days.
- Owners are expected to provide any dry food that your pets eat and, in the case of small caged pets, their cage.
- By confirming your booking, you agree to our terms and conditions.
