- Bookings are not confirmed until we receive a completed and signed paper booking form and deposit for the holiday.
- Arrival and departure times are 6:30pm and we are based in Battle, East Sussex. Please ensure the dates of your holiday take this into consideration when booking.
- Short notice bookings cannot be booked online. Please contact us by phone to enquire about a holiday with arrival in the next 7 days.
- Owners are expected to provide any dry food that your pets eat and, in the case of small caged pets, their cage.
